Email support has already been our main support mechanism and will continue to do so, we'd like to remind users to please always email the mailing lists rather than developers directly wherever possible so that other users can benefit from the discussion.

In the past we have CC'd some discussions to the mailing lists that have started as private emails and we will continue to do this. In fact we intend to do this more aggressively in future, the only time we will not do this is if your email contains clearly privileged/confidential information.
