Allow parsing of multiple SPARQL Results into one SparqlResultSet object

 Description

The Handlers API introduced in 0.4.1 can now be used to parse SPARQL Results but there is still no way to parse multiple sets of results into a single SparqlResultSet object.  Allow this via a new Handler
